DataView (gb.db.form)

This control implements a TableView that shows the contents of a database table and allows to edit it.

The data is provided by the the first DataSource parent control.

The Columns property controls the list of fields to display or edit.

If you want more control on the appearance, you can use the View property to access the inner TableView control.

This class inherits UserControl in gb.qt4.

This class is creatable.

Properties
Background   Returns or sets the background color used by the control.
Border   Return or set if the control has a border.
Columns   Return or set the fields displayed by the control.
Count   Return the number of records.
Current   Return the values of all primary keys of the current record as an array of Variant.
Data   Use this property to store the contents of a cell during the Data event handler.
Editable   Return or set if the DataView contents is editable.
Font   Returns or sets the font used to draw text in the control.
Grid   Returns or sets if grid lines should be displayed.
Header   Return or set which headers should be displayed:
Highlight   Return or set if even lines are highlighted.
Index   Return the index of the current record.
Labels   Return or set the labels that will replace the field names in the column headers.
Mode   Return or set the selection mode:
Sorted   Return or set if the control can be sorted by clicking on the column headers.
View   Return the underlying TableView used for displaying and editing the data.

Ignore   Returns or sets if a control must be ignored when its parent arranges its children.
Left   Returns or sets the position of the left border of the control relative to its parent.
Mouse   Returns or sets the appearence of the cursor when it points inside the control.
Name   Returns or sets the name of the control.
Next   Returns the next control having the same parent.
NoTabFocus   Return or set if a control cannot be focused with the TAB key.
Parent   Returns the control container.
PopupMenu   Return or set the name of the menu that will be popped-up when the user presses the right mouse button or the keyboard MENU key.
Previous   Returns the previous control having the same parent.
Proxy   Return or set the "proxy" of a control.
RightToLeft   Return if the control is right to left oriented.
ScreenX   Returns the position of the left border of the control in screen coordinates.
ScreenY   Returns the position of the top border of the control in screen coordinates.
Tag   Returns or sets the control tag.
Tooltip   Returns or sets the tooltip shown when the mouse stays on the control for a short time.
Top   Returns or sets the position of the top border of the control relative to its parent.
Tracking   Returns or sets if the control will receive MouseMove events.

Cancel   Cancel the current record edition.
Create   Enter creation mode.
Find   Find the first row matching a SQL request and move to it.
FindNext   Find the next row matching a SQL request from the current position, and move to it.
MoveFirst   Move the current record to the first one.
MoveLast   Move the current record to the last one.
MoveNext   Move the current record to the next one.
MovePrevious   Move the current record to the previous one.
MoveTo   Move the current record to the Indexth one.
Remove   Delete the selected records, and return TRUE if is has not been possible.
