Change attributes of particular characters - immediately.

Properties

Background	Sets the Character Background color
Blink	Whether the character blinks
Bold	Whether it's bold
Foreground	Sets the character Foreground color, meaning the color the character is shown as.
Normal	Turn off any attributes, except the color
Reverse	Reverse-video
Underline	Underlined character.
