This class provides a lightweight HTML/CSS viewer.

HtmlView is a simple HTML viewer only.
It's intention is to provide a simple way to display HTML with much less overhead than the
WebView alternative.
It inherently has no internet capabilities at all, Ie. using http Urls will not work.
