Static Property LineCap As Integer
Returns or sets the current line cap style within the current paiting.
The line cap specifies how to render the endpoints of the path when stroking.
As with the other stroke parameters, the current line cap style is examined by
Paint.Stroke, but does not have any effect during path construction.
