Memory Arrays Management

`GB.Add`	Adds an element at the end of a memory array.
`GB.Count`	Returns the number of elements in a memory array.
`GB.FreeArray`	Deletes a memory array.
`GB.NewArray`	Creates a new memory array.
`GB.Insert`	Inserts elements in the array.
`GB.Remove`	Removes elements from the array.
