Event Scroll ( Delta As Float, Orientation As Integer )
This event is raised when the user scrolls the mouse on the trayicon.

Delta is the delta value of the scroll event.
A positive value indicates that the wheel was rotated forwards away from the user.
A negative value indicates that the wheel was rotated backwards toward the user.

Orientation is the orientation of the scroll event.
