Since 3.20

Return which change occurs when the Application_Change global event handler is called or the DrawingArea Change event is raised.

It can takes one of the following values:

`"animation"`	The Application.Animations property has changed.
`"border"`	One of the Style class theme properties has changed.
`"color"`	The desktop color theme has changed.
`"font"`	The desktop font has changed.
`"shadow"`	The Application.Shadows property has changed.
`"theme"`	The Application.Theme property has changed.
