This property returns the name of the node.

The behaviour of this property may vary depending on the node type :

  • Element : returns the element name.

  • Text node : returns #text.

  • CDATA section : returns #cdata.

  • Comment node : returns #comment.

  • Attribute node : returns the attribute name.
