Returns the
Float value stored at the memory address specified by
Pointer.
If the memory address is unreadable, a
Bad argument (20) error is raised.

Return the Float value stored in the eight first characters of
String.
If the string does not have at least eight characters, either a
Bad argument (20) error is raised
or an undefined result is returned.
