TextEditor.CloseStrings (gb.form.editor)

Pressing " with no text ahead of it will create the closing " to the right of the cursor.

Pressing " with text immediately to the right of it will only create the one " (usually).

Select any amount of text and hit " to automatically add both quotes at each end of the text.
