Trim$

Result = Trim$ ( Expr ) Result = Trim ( Expr )

Strip white spaces from the left and from the right of the string Expr .

A white space is any character whose ASCII code is lower or equal than 32.

Trim is optimized so that the Expr string is not internally duplicated during the stripping.

Examples

<Gambas>
Print "<"; Trim$("  \nGambas " & Chr$(9) & " "); ">"
<Gambas>
